Where are the gifts made?
By print and engraving partners in the United States. We design, proof and handle your order; they produce and ship it.
How long from order to delivery?
Usually 6–10 business days: proof within a day, 2–5 business days production, 2–5 business days US shipping. Tell us the shower date in the notes.
Can I order before the baby is born?
Yes. Order with the name (or the surname) now; send the birth details after and we hold the proof until then.
Are the materials baby-safe?
Blankets and anything that touches the baby use water-based inks; signs are birch or acrylic with rounded edges. Details on each product.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes — the preview updates as you type, and we email a final proof for approval.
Can I return a personalized gift?
Not for change of mind, because it's made for you. Damaged or misprinted pieces are replaced free — email a photo within 14 days.
Can I ship straight to the parents?
Yes — their address at checkout, your email for the proof, a gift note in your words, no prices in the box.
